Anthony Hoke is a Vice President at Haymakers. Anthony has 10 years of experience executing a variety of real estate and business transactions including sale/leasebacks, leased investments, landlord and tenant representation assignments, land developments, and partnership partitions along with business mergers and acquisitions. Anthony has developed a strong working knowledge of environmental, legal, and tax matters affecting real property and business disposition.
Prior to joining Haymakers, Anthony's team at Lee & Associates was actively involved with the acquisition, sales, and leasing of over $700M of commercial real estate nationwide. Anthony has successfully completed a variety of transactions involving asset sales, business financing, and real estate transactions throughout the state of California and other emerging markets and is well equipped to serve the needs of a wide range of clientele.
Anthony relocated to California in 2004 and before his career in real estate, Anthony worked as a film and television editor on a variety projects.
Anthony graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.A. in Film Production.
